Returns & Shipping
We strongly believe in reducing waste through our pre-order process, which means that all sales are final sale items. If you aren’t convinced about the color or size, you can return items in brand new condition for store credit.
If you need to return a product for store credit, you must notify Souplesse Sport at email@example.com within 30 days of receiving the product. Returned items must be returned postmarked within 30 days of receiving the product. If items are worn, soiled, damaged, or washed, Souplesse will return the product to the client.
Souplesse offers free international shipping on orders over €200. We use UPS, DHL, and FED-EX to be able to track your shipments.
Orders placed outside of the European Union may be subject to additional import duties, taxes and charges. Please check with your local customs office before completing your order. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the price and are the responsibility of the customer. It is common practice for couriers and shipping companies to collect these charges and are not additional shipping charges.
In the unlikely event that Souplesse products are received with a manufacturer defect, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org to open a warranty request. Any damage or wear and tear as a result of direct or indirect use or washing of the product is not covered by Souplesse warranty. Souplesse products are covered by a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase.
Souplesse is designed as gear to perform a specific task. Just like your bike or car, it requires care in order to continue to perform as it was designed.

Lay flat to dry, do not tumble dry or expose to excessive direct sunlight
